Organisation Growth and Continuous Improvement
From leading significant technology change projects across multi-billion dollar businesses, to facilitating the commercial review and restructure of SMEs (Small to Medium Enterprises), we have successfully delivered value added outcomes. Either working as an embedded partner or an external advisor, we are happy to be flexible in how we collaborate with you.
We are currently working with 2 medium sized organizations at the executive leadership / board level. In both cases our MD is working in partnership with the CEO & Directors. One is a NZ High-tech Electronics business, and the other is a medium size multi-national FMCG business with operations in US, India, and Europe. Both have made significant change and financial improvement in the course of our partnership. The FMCG business results have improved by a net profit increase of US18M in the last 18 months. This is approximately 18% of their annual turnover.
Leadership Development
Working together with our leadership joint venture partner – Sigmoid Curve, and their MD Dr Harold Hillman, we have built a strong reputation for delivering innovative, engaging and impactful leadership development programmes. We deliver leadership programmes at the senior executive, manager, high potential and team leader level.
Our core philosophy is to use stimulating self-reflective dialogue and debate, with interactive materials to drive unfreezing of unproductive leadership behaviours and introduce compelling and high performing techniques.
We are accredited to facilitate the Strengths Deployment inventory (SDI) tools related to managing conflict and improving relationships. We have a variety of partners for providing integrated 360 leadership reviews, and a great reputation for designing and delivering high impact customized programmes.
We are able to build tailor made e-learning modules and blended learning interventions. Flexibility, and the broad experience of our facilitators are our core strengths.

World Class HR Practices
From our experience working with multi-national clients in the UK with Mercer Consulting both our Directors were exposed to world-class HR practices. Building on that experience our Managing Director Steve Richardson was part of the Global HR lead team with Fonterra, ESPN and Hewlett Packard across diverse businesses, cultures and environments. Steve was a key part of the Hewlett Packard Asia, Pacific, Japan (APJ) HR leadership team that won six regional HR best practice awards in Singapore in 2009/10.

We provide customised search and talent Management services to our clients, often aligned with other work we are undertaking in the organisational change area.
